The materials used in each of our products are listed in the product description. Generally, we use high-quality materials such as sterling silver or gold vermeil, and we ensure our metals are hypoallergenic for durability and comfort.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions. Keep it away from the pool or ocean as natural metals like gold or silver may corrode when it comes in contact with chlorine. Store your pieces inside the free pouch provided and keep it in a dry, cool place when not in use.
Sterling Silver may oxidize when exposed to certain elements. Not to worry, though! Just use the provided polishing cloth and gently wipe the affected areas, and your piece will look good as new!Â
Our jewelry is highly resistant to tarnish due to the non-tarnish properties of the metals we use for the outer coating (such as 14/18k gold, platinum, rhodium, etc). Most of our products use sterling silver as its base metal. Even then, it is still possible for your pieces to oxidize and tarnish once the silver layer is exposed, but it should not be a worry as you can easily wipe this off with the polishing cloth provided.
Our jewelry pieces, while beautifully crafted and of high quality, are typically not accepted by pawnshops as pawnshops mostly accept only solid gold pieces.

Yes, our store is powered by Shopify and uses PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal employs the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure your privacy and security. Additionally, our payment site is protected by an extra layer of security in the form of a security certificate.
Yes, shipping is free in the Philippines, wherever, whenever.
We usually prepare your orders the moment we receive them. As much as possible, we ship it within the day if time still permits, or on the following day as long as the courier is open on that day (they might be closed on certain holidays). We get really excited packing your orders, and we want it to get to you as soon as possible!
We are located in Manila City. For Metro Manila deliveries, orders usually arrive within 1-2 days after the day of shipment. For other regions, it may take 2-5 days or 7-10 days depending on your location (the farther, the more time it will take). We do send a tracking number via email once we have shipped your order so you may refer to that to track your parcel. 😉
If your order has not yet been shipped, please reach out to us ASAP at hello@cera.ph or on any of our socials @cerajewelryph so we may accommodate your changing of the delivery address. Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address anymore once the orders have been shipped.

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only applicable for pieces with manufacturing defects, within 30 days from receiving your order. If you have found your piece to have any manufacturing defects, we will happily replace it with a fresh new piece. If you have received an incorrect piece, please know that we're very sorry and we did not mean for it to happen!
